your project brief.

ArchiForge Design provides browser-local planning tools, a connected enquiry inbox and a protected studio workspace. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment, contract, quotation or loan.

Browser drafts and explicit submissions

A project brief or Ultra-Pro draft stays in the active browser tab until you download, copy, print or explicitly save it. Closing or reloading loses unexported changes. Choosing “Send to the studio” submits your name, email, optional phone and project requirements to the studio database so the practice can respond. A successful submission displays a reference number. Downloading a brief does not send it.

Connected studio records

Authorised studio users can save project details, contact details, costs, tasks, observations, documents, review decisions and version history. These are held in the website’s connected database and document storage. Only information necessary for the project should be entered. Do not upload personal birth records, medical records, payment-card details or banking credentials to these general project tools.

Private client links

The studio may create an expiring link to a specific approved project revision. Anyone holding that link can read the included summary, review notes, selected documents and follow-up observations, and submit feedback. Keep the link private. The link does not expose studio-only contact details, budgets or internal notes. Links can be revoked by the studio. Link-holder feedback is not independently verified identity or a signed approval.

Access, retention and choices

The public website and private client links do not require a ChatGPT account. Studio administration uses protected ChatGPT sign-in and an authorised account list. Project records and revision histories are retained until the studio arranges removal; no automatic deletion period is configured. Ask the practice through your established project contact to correct information, request removal or revoke a link. Exported files remain on your device and are subject to your own sharing choices. No automatic enquiry email, marketing subscription or lender application has been configured.

Hosting & website requests

The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. No advertising trackers or external analytics have been added to the website code. Fonts used for the design are served from the website itself.

Concept imagery & professional review

The design studies are illustrative concepts created with AI visualisation. They are not photographs of completed client projects. Draft documents and intake declarations do not establish that a professional assessment has taken place. Scope, fees, project information and review responsibilities are agreed separately with the practice.
